Patti and Tina and their crew are the very best!! Always quick to help, familiar with equipment, and provide an superb product. I have found them unfailingly polite, hard working, and quick to respond with job requests. I work on the boards of a host of non-profits, and also submit all my personal and business printing and UPS service mailing to them. Would never think of going anywhere else. They have my 5-star PLUS rating. Thank you all for making business easier in our hometown!!

I received above and beyond service from both the gals in this store. I stopped in thinking maybe they would have some living trust documents as I was headed to my aunt's in Paradise. They did. But then, as I told them the story of all the scamming/fraud that has/is happened to my aunt, they gave me numbers of places I could call for help. I'm so sorry I don't remember their names, but one of them called her best friend for advice, and her friend spoke with me on the phone! Like I said, above and beyond service! Thank you!

I go to the UPS store from 4-6 pm. There is often no line, and if there is, is goes by very quickly. The UPS store employees are friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They make copies fast, they fax documents fast, and they laminated 7 copies of my poems fast. The only (sometimes) bad thing is when the computer isn't working. Sometimes it's working when I go in, sometimes it's not. All in all, the UPS store is essential in Gridley. Thank you UPS Store!

The crew is quick to help and provide a superb work product. I have found them to be unfailingly polite, hard working, and quick to respond with my job requests. I occasionally have Amazon returns and the last time I was in had three returns. I was amazed how quickly they scanned the QR codes and returned a receipt which contained information for all three. I already got funds returned to my account from Amazon. They have my 5-star rating. Thank you all for making business easier for me in Gridley.

A breath of fresh air with the new ownership. While the old guard was always prompt in getting me helped and out of there quickly, I have never seen a group of people in my life who truly hated their job and were all around just miserable.

Going into the ups store tonight was a great experience. The owners are friendly and helpful. Had smiles on their faces. Very nice. So happy that these young gentlemen took over this store! I recommend this store.

Finally, they changed the awful staff at this branch. The previous employees were rude and unfriendly, and they always smelled of cigarettes. The whole branch reeked of cigarettes; it was very unpleasant. I usually make deliveries and returns at this branch, so I'm very happy to feel welcome and see friendly, smiling faces. 👏🏻 …
